ABOUT Transitional Compliance

Stephen Simpson
Owner of Transitional Compliance
Stephen Simpson is a 54 year old ex RAF veteran with a career in electronic engineering and pathology.
After completing 18 years in the military took up a role in the NHS as a quality risk and governance manager for pathology. The RAF gives its Biomedical scientist multiple department exposure so in my time I have worked within and managed all the departments of pathology including Pathology IT and delivered project portfolios of new equipment and systems. In 2015 I was made redundant by the NHS and have worked for myself ever since.
I have had director roles and have a team built with all the required capability to resolve any business issues across the scope of quality change and transformation within multiple industries. The regulatory compliance experience combined with my engineering background also allows the future of artificial intelligence to be realised for our clients.
