How does TC engage with the organisation?
TC will act flexibly whether we coach and mentor existing client staff from CEO and directors to junior employee level or we deliver roles and responsibilities including engagement with regulators. We have a quality by design approach that gives clients transparency on what we deliver.
How does TC control governance across large organisations?
TC will agree a reporting structure through a service level agreement. Thus will then be embedded within the clients QMS.
How are TC's fees calculated?
TC’s fees are calculated across models where there may be a retainer plus advice or specific roles and responsibilities delivered. The day rates are calculated on how many deliverables are required and by what level of staff. All will be agreed as part of the service level agreement.
